1. About This Policy

Vegas Thrill LLC, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Team,” “we,” “us,” “our”), explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information we collect through, including but not limited to, our websites, chat and customer-service tools, email, text messaging, and social media pages (together, “Online Services”); ticketing, memberships, accounts, loyalty and fan programs, contests, surveys, and merchandise purchases; games and events we operate or sponsor (“Events”), including in-venue Wi-Fi, cameras, and on-site programs; and calls, emails, and other interactions with us (together with the Online Services and Events, the “Services”). This Policy also applies to other activities we conduct, online or offline, that link to or reference this Policy, including youth and community programs, group and corporate sales, and sponsor activations. It does not apply to information we collect about job applicants, employees, or contractors in that capacity, or to services that display or link to a different privacy notice, which governs instead.

League relationship. We are a member club of Major League Volleyball (the “League”). We may receive information about you from, and share it with, the League and its member clubs, which handle that information under their own policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the League’s or other clubs’ practices. This Policy covers only our own collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including in connection with Events we operate with Event partners; those partners handle information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Your agreement. By using the Services, providing us information, or buying our products, you acknowledge this Policy. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Use and Ticketing Terms and Conditions, including their limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Email interactions: whether you open or click our messages.

  • Session replay: on some pages, and only where you have accepted performance cookies, we may use tools that record how you interact with the page (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) to troubleshoot and improve it. We configure these tools to mask the content you type into form fields, and our vendors may use the data only to provide services to us.

  • Video and images: photographs or video captured at Events.

Technologies we use. Cookies, pixels and web beacons, local storage, software development kits in our scripts and geofencing and similar location technologies. See Section 10 for your controls.

Information collected at Events

When you attend an Event, we and our Event partners may collect information such as ticket scans and entry times, seat location, attendance history, purchases at concession and merchandise locations, and information you provide in person (for example, at sign-up tables, kiosks, contests, or fan surveys). We may also collect information as described in notices or signs posted at the Event.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from the sources below and combine it with information we collect from you directly or automatically, and use the combined information for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • the League, other member clubs, and our ticketing platform;

  • Event partners such as venue operators, promoters, sponsors, and concessionaires;

  • service providers, analytics and advertising partners, data brokers, and data enrichment services;

  • social media and other platforms when you connect an account or interact with us;

  • public sources, and organizations such as schools and community groups involved in events with us.

Sensitive personal information

Some information we collect is considered “sensitive” under applicable state law, including precise geolocation, government identifiers, account log-in credentials, health information related to accessibility, dietary, allergy, or medical requests, and personal information of children. We collect precise geolocation only as allowed by applicable law, and we use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you request or as allowed by applicable law, for security and fraud prevention, or for other purposes permitted by law without additional consent. We may sell or share sensitive personal information as permitted under applicable law, and we may use it for targeted advertising or to infer characteristics about you as permitted under applicable law.

Consumer health data. Accessibility, dietary, allergy, and medical information may be “consumer health data” under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) and similar laws in other states. We collect it as necessary to provide the accommodation or program you request under applicable law, and we do not sell it or share it except with service providers and Event partners who need it to fulfill your request or as otherwise permitted under applicable law.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Services: Process orders and ticket transfers; create and manage accounts, memberships, and fan programs; deliver mobile tickets; provide customer support (including through chat); run contests, surveys, and promotions; manage youth clinics and community events

  • Operate Events: Seating, entry, security, accessibility, communications about changes to an Event; analyze attendance and fan traffic to improve Events and plan staffing and concessions

  • Personalize: Tailor content, offers, and recommendations based on your purchases, preferences, and activity

  • Communicate: Order confirmations, event reminders, service notices, and responses to your requests

  • Marketing and advertising: Send promotions about the Team, League, and partners; deliver interest-based ads on and off our Services, and location-based offers where you have opted in to precise location; build audience segments, including with hashed customer lists

  • Research and improve: Analyze usage and fan engagement; develop and improve products, services, and models; create aggregated or de-identified data

  • AI and automated tools: Operate AI-assisted chat and customer-service features. We may use de-identified chat transcripts to train and improve our automated tools, and our AI vendors may not use your information to train their own models.

  • Location features: Find Events near you and, if you opt in to precise location, deliver location-relevant offers

  • Security, fraud, and safety: Verify identity, prevent ticket fraud and abuse, protect systems, protect the safety of fans and staff, enforce our terms and policies

  • Legal and compliance: Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims

  • Business operations: Financial and risk modeling, audit, planning, and reporting

  • Other: Any other use we describe at collection or that you authorize or consent to or that is permitted under applicable law

If we change how we use your information in a material way, we will tell you and, where required by law, ask for your consent before applying the change to information we previously collected.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Affiliates and related companies, for the purposes in this Policy.

  • The League and its member clubs. This may include account, ticketing, online-activity, and device information, which the League may use to analyze fan engagement, build models, and customize products, services, advertising, and communications. Under some state laws this may be a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See Section 10 to opt out.

  • Event partners, such as ticketing platforms and box offices, venue owners and operators, promoters, sponsors, performers, and concession or retail vendors, to run Events, fulfill your orders, or offer you value-added services.

  • Service providers that work on our behalf (hosting, ecommerce, payments, ticket fulfillment, analytics, fraud screening, customer service including outsourced and AI-assisted tools, marketing, email and text delivery, and professional services).

  • Advertising and marketing partners, including social media platforms and ad networks that collect information through cookies and similar technologies on our Services and use hashed customer data for targeting and measurement.

  • Sponsors and joint-marketing or sweepstakes partners, who may contact you with offers. For contests, we share your information with named co-sponsors.

  • Other users and the public, if you post content, win a public contest, or appear in Event footage that we publish.

  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.

  • Government, law enforcement, and other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law, in response to valid legal process, or necessary to prevent fraud, protect safety, or enforce our rights. This includes sharing information with local authorities for venue safety planning where required.

  • Participants in a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, sale of shares or assets, financing, consolidation, reorganization, divestiture, or dissolution of all or part of our business (including a bankruptcy or similar proceeding), or a potential transaction of that kind.

  • Others, with your consent or at your direction or as permitted under applicable law.

Text messaging. We do not share text-message opt-in data and consent information with third parties, except to our service providers who send messages for us or as permitted or required under applicable law.

Aggregate and de-identified data. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you. We will not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and “Selling” or “Sharing” of Information

We may work with advertising, analytics, and measurement companies that use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on our Services and other sites and apps, and we may disclose certain information to the League, partners, and advertisers. Under some state laws this may be a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

We do not sell or share sensitive personal information other than as permitted or required under applicable law. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16 or as otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.

Your controls. See Section 10 (Your Choices) and Section 11 (Your Privacy Rights) for how to opt out.  Where required by applicable law, we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of sales, sharing, and targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal (and for your account, if we know who you are).

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use or may use these categories of technologies:

  • Strictly necessary, which are required for the Services to work and cannot be turned off.

  • Functional, which remember your preferences and enable features.

  • Performance and analytics, which show how the Services are used.

  • Targeting and advertising, which help deliver relevant ads on our Services and other sites.

You can control optional technologies through our available and applicable cookie settings, browser controls, or device settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Services may not work properly.

7. Events, Cameras, and Wi-Fi

Filming and photography. When you attend an Event, you may be recorded by security cameras and photographed, filmed, or broadcast by us, the League, our broadcasters, and other authorized parties, and your image, voice, and likeness may appear in photos, video, broadcasts, advertising, and promotions in any and all media, and may share footage with sponsors, licensees, advertisers, and broadcasters, who may use it for their own purposes or promotional content. The terms governing use of your likeness at Events are set out in our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.  Security footage is used to protect the safety of the venue and attendees. For youth programs, we use a child’s image only with a separate signed release from a parent or guardian or as otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.

In-venue Wi-Fi and location technologies. If you connect to in-venue Wi-Fi or use our app at an Event, we or our venue partners may collect device identifiers, connection times, and general location within the venue to provide the network, manage crowds and security, and understand fan traffic. Precise location is collected only as described in Section 2.

Accessibility and health. If you request accessible seating or accommodations, we collect the information needed to fulfill the request and use it for that purpose, for safety and security at the Event, and as otherwise permitted by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through youth programs with verifiable parental consent as described below. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Youth programs. For youth clinics, camps, kids clubs, and similar programs, registration is directed to the parent or guardian, who will receive a direct notice of our practices and must provide verifiable consent before we collect information about a child under 13. With that consent, we may collect a child’s name, date of birth, school, grade, favorite players, and relevant medical or allergy information, and use it only to run the program, communicate with the family, and provide any registration benefits. We do not use children’s information for marketing or advertising, and we do not disclose it except to service providers that help run the program. A parent or guardian may review the information, refuse further collection, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us.

If you believe a child has given us personal information without consent, contact us and we will take steps to delete it as required by law.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the risk of harm from unauthorized use, and applicable law. Our typical retention periods are set out below; actual periods may vary depending on the circumstances:

  • Cookie and online-activity data: Up to 15 months or longer subject to applicable law, or until you clear cookies

  • Account, ticket, and purchase records: Life of the account or program, plus 5 years; or 5 years from last transaction if no account or longer subject to applicable law

  • Marketing and promotional data: Until you opt out or withdraw consent or longer subject to applicable law

  • Complaint and business-concern records: Duration of the matter, plus 3 years or longer subject to applicable law

  • Fraud-prevention and legal-claim records: 3 years, or until related litigation concludes or longer subject to applicable law

  • Payment card details: We may not store full payment card numbers  as they are held by our payment processor but if stored it will be subject to applicable law.

  • Inactive accounts: May be deleted after 7 years of inactivity; upon a verified deletion request, we delete account information per applicable law, subject to upcoming events, legal holds, and other exceptions permitted by law

We may keep information longer where required or permitted by law or to protect against anticipated litigation. When retention ends, we delete or de-identify the information or treat it as otherwise required or allowed by applicable law. Residual copies may remain in backup files for a limited time as permitted by law until they are overwritten in the ordinary course.

10. Your Choices

  • Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any message, update your account preferences, or contact us. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request. You will still receive transactional messages.

  • Text messages. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text. We may send one message confirming your request.  Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

  • Cookies and advertising. Use our cookie settings, browser controls, and industry opt-outs: Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative. Opt-outs are specific to each browser and device.  These tools apply only to participating companies, so you may still receive interest-based ads from others, and you will still see ads that may be less relevant to you.

  • Opt out of “sales,” “sharing,” and targeted advertising. Use our email privacy@vegasthrill.com, or write to the address in Section 14.  We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser or device that sends the signal.

  • Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Our Online Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.  You can opt out by emailing privacy@vegasthrill.com.

  • Sharing with the League. To opt out of sharing your personal information with the League and its member clubs, click “Your Privacy Choices” in our website footer, use a Global Privacy Control signal, or contact us at privacy@vegasthrill.com. You may also have choices with the League directly.

  • Account information. Review and update your information in your account, or contact us.

  • Social media. If we allow it and if you connect a social account, you can limit what the platform shares with us in its settings.

If you decline to provide information we need, or opt out of certain uses, some features may not be available.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, and subject to the exceptions and limitations in applicable law, you may have the following rights:

  1. Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, and the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.

  2. Correct inaccurate information.

  3. Delete information we collected from you, subject to exceptions (for example, completing a transaction, security, legal obligations, or an upcoming Event for which you hold a ticket).

  4. Data portability, meaning a copy in a usable format.

  5. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising and certain profiling.

  6. Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.

  7. Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  8. Non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service for exercising your rights. We may offer permitted financial incentives, such as loyalty programs, with your opt-in consent.

  9. Appeal a denial, and, where available, complain to your state attorney general or other regulator.

How to submit a request. Use our email privacy@vegasthrill.com, or write to the address in Section 14. You do not need an account.

Verification. We will ask for information, such as your name, address, and email, to match against our records. We may require additional information for sensitive requests, and we may confirm your state of residence to process requests under state-specific rights.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent, and we may require proof of their authority and verification of your identity. A parent or guardian may submit a request for a minor child.

Timing. We respond to requests within the time required by applicable law, which is generally 45 days and may be extended where permitted (for example, by an additional 45 days with notice).  We do not charge for requests, but where permitted by law we may charge a reasonable fee or decline requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
